Our products are priced very reasonable. We have been able to do this by not doing refunds. However, if you are not happy with your purchase feel free to contact us. We'd be happy to do an exchange for merchandise of equal value within 14 days of your purchase. You are responsible for shipping back and for the cost of shipping the new item to you.

We have chosen this method as a compromise so that you are not having to keep merchandise you are unhappy with. We cannot do refunds for cash because the policy is abused by people using the merchandise and then returning it.

If you are not happy with your purchase.

• Contact us at Returns and tell us you wish to return your purchaseand tell us what you'd like to exchange for.
• Please include your name, purchase order #, and stock item # in your email.
• We will then issue you an RMA# and instructions for returning your purchase.
• Once we receive the item back, we will send you a paypal invoice for the reshipping your exchange merchandise.
