If you are not happy with your purchase. Contact us at Returns and tell us you wish to return your purchase Please include your name, purchase order #, and stock item # in your email. We will then issue you an RMA# and instructions for returning your purchase. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund.  Your refund will be completed in the manner you paid.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE Once you have received your RMA# include it on the packing slip with your returning item as well as in large letters on the outside of the box All packages returning must be market "Unacceptable merchandise" or "defective merchandise" on the customs bill. We recommend you insure all returning packages to protect yourself against postal loss Returns must be postmarked within the 14 days of receipt for the return to be valid Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Should we receive an item back that has been worn or is not in the original condition we will promptly notify you, bill you for the shipping to return it to you, and ship it back to you. If you do not pay the return shipping within 7 days we will assume you have forfeited your rights to the item and we will return it to stock. Packages returned without an RMA# and without following the above procedure will void our return policy. Without following the above procedures we are unable to guarantee the package will clear customs and be returned to us. US and Canadian Customs have the right to hold or keep any package crossing the border that is not marked correctly. In these days of heightened security it is critical that you follow the above procedures to ensure your package is released. Our large warehouse receives thousands of packages a day in shipping and receiving. Without a highly visible RMA# on your package our staff has no way of knowing that this is not new merchandise being received and that the item needs to be re-directed to the returns department.
