Most of us prefer online shopping rather than going to the shops attributing to the convenience and time factor. But do we have the same mindset and comfort level when it comes to shopping for a premium product like diamond? Would you want to buy diamond jewelry online or go to some local jeweler? I strongly believe that online purchase of products like diamonds is completely safe as long as you know the right places to buy from. What do you think about this? Do you share my viewpoint? Hi Catherlin, I agree with you buying diamond jewelry from online shops is the easiest and safest method as there is no need to go out of your home. ---------- http://www.goldtiming.com

Definitely online shops are good, as long as you have a way to return items you don't like! Try to shop around, though. Use a large listing site, like this one and see which shop suits you best before you buy. Good luck! Gina

We find that the "comfort" aspect is the real issue here. We work hard on our customer service, because to be honest isnt that the only difference between retailers anyway. JR Dunn. Our business is largely designer jewelry and thus we are up against some of the largest competitors in the online space. We can beat them at one point service.
