Why Not Wear Designer?
How can designer clothes make you happy? In this day and age we seem to see that more people are concerned with how they look and what they wear. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Well that depends on how you look at it. We are in the day and age where looks mean everything and the more you have the happier you feel. For example you may have the latest Nike trainers out, what’s the betting that more than 10 people in that day will make a comment about your shoes.
People say money can't buy you happiness; this is true it can’t but it can buy you things that will make you happy! Looking good and feeling good about you is the main priority in today’s world. If you weren’t spending the money on cloths what would you be spending it on? Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs? All these things which the Government says are bad for you. Why not just purchase clothing that looks and feels so much better.
In LA it’s all about what designer bag you have or what designer car you have. So why not live that way. Magazines are telling us what to buy to keep in fashion the models are showing us what’s in fashion what looks good on so it isn't hard. In fact more and more fashionable clothing is becoming cheaper and cheaper for example you can shop in the high street and still get a named product just walk into any TJ Maxx and you can pick yourself up a bargain designer dress or bag.
You needn't spend lots on clothes if you feel guilty over the price. But then I think you need to ask yourself why do you feel guilty? People are going to judge you on what you wear and how you look! The human mind works this way, just like you judge other people they will be judging you and when they see what you have got on it means you have money and what does money equal? Power. Money equal Power so therefore the more expensive clothing you have on the more power people think you have and the more scared they are of you and will try making you happy because they compliment to stay in your good books. Remember looking good and feeling good is the new thing and thank god it’s here to stay
